During his two-day state visit to Singapore, the President met with Singapore Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew for discussions on Friday evening (Jun. 04).
They exchanged ideas on the upcoming G-20 Seoul Summit and other international and local issues. The President also explained security concerns arising from the recent Cheonan incident and asked Singapore for more active cooperation.
